Quality Assurance
We take immense pride in offering some of the finest tyres on the market, and we want our customers to have complete confidence in the superior quality of our products. With this in mind, Vogue warrants that our tyres will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should any tyre become unusable due to a breach of this limited warranty within the first 4/32” of its original tread life, as measured by the remaining tread depth, Vogue will replace the tyre with a comparable new Vogue tyre, completely free of charge.
60,000 Mile Mileage Guarantee
At Vogue, we employ the best engineers and cutting-edge technology in our manufacturing process. Each new tyre undergoes meticulous quality control, ensuring an expected tread life of at least 60,000 miles. In the rare event that a tyre wears down to its original tread depth indicators (2/32”) uniformly across the tread surface before reaching the expected mileage, Vogue will provide a pro-rated credit towards the purchase of a comparable new Vogue tyre. The credit will be based on the mileage not received, which will be determined by the odometer reading.
30-Day "Buy and Try" Assurance
We are fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, which is why we have developed a special "Buy and Try" guarantee. This guarantee enables customers to return our products if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase. Any set of four or more tyres sold through an authorized retailer is covered by Vogue's "Buy and Try" Assurance. This means that if a retail customer is dissatisfied with their eligible tyres, they can return them to the original point of purchase within 30 calendar days for a full refund or exchange.
Roadside Tyre Assistance
In the unfortunate event that a tyre loses air and cannot be driven to a nearby service station for repair, Vogue goes above and beyond to assist customers. In addition to the aforementioned remedies, we provide the following benefits:
We will cover the cost of the customer's road service, from the nearest service point, to replace the tyre with a spare tyre (up to a maximum of $50.00).
We will cover the cost to repair the flat tyre (up to a maximum of $10.00).
Trip Delay Replacement Guarantee
If any Vogue tyre becomes unusable and cannot be repaired, and the customer is unable to obtain a replacement Vogue tyre, we will reimburse the customer for the purchase of a non-Vogue brand replacement tyre. This ensures that customers are not inconvenienced during their journey and can continue with their plans seamlessly.
