As you can imagine, steering a company through a huge variety of trying times does not come easy. We believe that one of the reasons why Vogue Tyre has been in business for over 100 years is because of dedicated, talented, and unique people like Jerry. We’ve been proud to call Jerry a member of the Vogue Tyre family for the last 32 years.
When it comes down to experience in the industry, you don’t get much more knowledgeable than Mr. Vestweber. Growing up in rural Iowa Jerry graduated from Iowa State University with an Accounting Degree and was recruited to join Arthur Anderson as an independent accounting consultant. Shortly after joining Anderson, Jerry was drafted and spent time in Vietnam. After returning from Vietnam, Jerry resumed his role and Anderson. From Anderson he went on to join two other private companies as their head of finance before joining Vogue Tyre.
After starting in 1989 Jerry’s first major initiative at Vogue was to implement an automated computer accounting system to improve Vogue Tyre’s overall business efficiency. In addition, Jerry and his team have reliably delivered:

Jerry is quick to give credit to his team often crediting them with the, “ability to pull together to adapt and change to get the job done for the betterment of the company.” Jerry’s leadership has been a steadying force in many ups and downs including guiding the company through major changes during and after the great recession in 2008 and quickly adapting himself and the team to a work from home environment during the pandemic without missing a beat. And when the pandemic hit, it was Jerry’s financial experience and leadership that helped make sure Vogue Tyre was first in line for the PPP loans. Jerry and the whole finance and accounting department are the best team in the industry.
For 32 years Vogue Tyre has been fortunate to have such a highly regarded professional as Jerry as a member of the Vogue Tyre family. He’s built a reputation internally and externally that has ensured the business processes of Vogue Tyre are consistent, accurate, timely and reliable. We know our company would not be what it is today if it wasn’t for people like Jerry.
